Flash, WordPress, Drupal – what to use when?

As I’ve just followed a discussion in the Flash Freelancer group over at LinkedIt.com about whether or not Flash is always the right solution for every job I thought I give a brief recommendation about which technology I’d use depending on what you need:
You need: Onlinegames, animation-heavy microsites, animated banners, Video, complex data visualisations etc. – use Flash. If the data has to be dynamic to a certain amount, combine it with either xml or php/mySql
You need: A website for your rather small company, with some information about who you are, what you do, how to contact you and an easy way to update a news-section from time to time – use WordPress.
You need: A website for your mid-sized company, which has everything the WordPress-Version has but goes a step further, like for example with download sections, a customer area, eCommerce etc – use Drupal.
You need: A huge website for your huge company – go ask a huge web agency
Of course there are a lot of other possibilities – pure Html-Sites, a plethora of other content mangement systems, Silverlight, Java and what not, but I just recommended the tools that I use myself here. So one of those solutions would be what you get if you hire me
